Questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. The console, big screen, overlay and owner view all open in a browser. Put the big screen on a laptop connected to the projector and press Full screen.

What if the internet drops during the auction?

Every screen reconnects by itself and picks up the latest bid. The auction lives on the server, so nothing is lost if one laptop drops out.

How do players get in?

Import an Excel or CSV file, or paste the link of the Google Sheet behind your Google Form. You match the columns once, and can import again for late sign-ups.

Can team owners bid from their phones?

Yes, if you switch it on. Each team gets a 4-digit PIN. The phone shows the team's purse, max bid and squad, and a single bid button.

How do I pay?

Upgrade an event from its Settings tab. We raise a Zoho Books invoice with your GSTIN, and you pay online. The event upgrades as soon as payment clears.

Can my colleagues help run it?

Invite them from People. Admins can do everything except remove owners. Operators can run events but can't see billing.
